In my 90-minute workshop, you'll practice:
- Communicating desires clearly
- Celebrating boundaries joyfully
- Creating synergy across different dynamics
Through heart-opening games and spicy skill-building exercises, you'll explore how to connect with your trio while staying grounded in trust and consent. From mild to wild, from silly to sexy—all expressions are welcome. All games are optional, last just a few minutes, and you're free to sit out anytime.
Workshop requirement: While The Sauce welcomes solo attendees to the event, my workshop specifically requires you to arrive as a trio—with two other humans you want to partner with for the games.
